EmedWebinars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Seminar event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations (for e.g. if the participation is less than five in number) or circumstances beyond its control. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event, 48 hours prior to the schedule time of the Seminar event.
Upon such cancellation registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement through the same medium as payment was received or wire transfer. Please mail in your request with the bank details at info@emedwebinars.com & your payment will be processed within 3 working days.
Alternately, the attendees can opt for any other webinars scheduled in upcoming days. However, EmedWebinars will not be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.
- If the attendees wish to take a different seminar, which has a same price tag at a future date & time, they are welcome to do so. In such event, customer would be able to get additional discount in future webinars as comfort.
 
Individual attendees can cancel their event for any specific reason. They must notify EmedWebinars about the cancellation of a particular event at least 72 hours prior to the event schedule time.
If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if s/he fails to attend the event, no refund shall be made.
However, if the attendees notify EmedWebinars about the cancellation of a particular event at least two days before the event, they will receive the return in same medium or wire transfer.
